Title: Senior Director / Director, FP&A (internal)
Reports To: EVP CFO & Head of Operations
Location: Remote (In person meetings as needed)
Role overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to become a key part of our internal Finance team as Senior Manager of FP&A. This internal position reports to the EVP of Finance and will interact heavily with the Executive leadership team and the board. The Senior Manager, FP&A will have primary responsibility across corporate and operational financial functions to support the daily financial operations of the business such as: monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, long range planning, business partnering, modeling, return on investment analysis and other value-added financial analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Finance and Accounting Tasks
- Manage financial performance by building forecasts and monitoring ongoing performance against plan in mission-critical areas (e.g. utilization, retention, cashflow, headcount, revenue, pricing, opex, capex)
- Manage small internal Finance Team
- Develop models and conduct analyses that identify critical trends, support strategic decision-making and create forward visibility
- Prepare all budgeting monthly rolling forecasts and financial analysis, and financial statement preparation
- Other Internal Stakeholders/ General Management Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with other key stakeholders regarding hiring, client engagement, etc.
- Work closely with all parties to manage headcount planning in a way designed to enable growth while still hitting profit and gross margin targets
- Clearly articulate the key drivers of the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years in progressively responsible finance / FP&A leadership roles
- Strong excel modeling and power point presentation skills; power query skills preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations
- Has worked in complex, matrixed professional services organization FP&A role
- Prior investment banking experience preferred
Salary: $155,000-180,000 + annual bonus
