Overview: You will lead Americas demand generation at Precisely, driving marketing strategies to build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and grow pipeline. You will collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and other teams to create integrated campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes. We are looking for someone passionate about data-driven marketing who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll oversee a team of talented marketers and play a key role in driving alignment between marketing and sales to achieve ambitious growth goals. What you will do:
- Lead the strategic marketing planning and execution for the Americas, developing comprehensive marketing strategies and overseeing their implementation to achieve business objectives, enhance brand visibility, and drive pipeline growth.
- Manage and empower a dynamic team to exceed targets and create compelling campaigns, nurturing a culture of collaboration and program excellence.
- Spearhead digital marketing initiatives for lead and pipeline generation, inclusive of email marketing, digital advertising, webinar development, and content syndication.
- Grow a field marketing capability focused on industry conferences and Precisely produced events, driving year-over-year pipeline growth and sales alignment.
- Lead the strategy and implementation of account-based marketing (ABM) programs, including targeting, personalization, and campaign execution, to engage high-value accounts effectively.
- Strategically partner with cross-functional teams including Global Strategic Alliances (Partner), BDR, and Sales to drive demand and ensure efficient lead handoff and conversion.
- Design and oversee the quarterly campaign planning process, ensuring functional alignment across departments to achieve strategic marketing goals.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs, providing analyses and insights through executive updates to ensure strategic alignment and continuous improvement.
- Serve on the Marketing Leadership team, running a management cadence to effectively cascade information and synchronize strategies across the global demand generation team.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital and field marketers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and maintaining a focus on development plans and advancing career growth.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (equivalent work experience accepted).
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation, field marketing, or related roles in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring teams, with a focus on developing high-performing teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to deliver marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and drive marketing-sourced pipeline, including through field marketing and digital advertising campaigns.
- Experience designing and executing promotional strategies for major events such as AWS re:Invent or similar, with a focus on pipeline generation.
- Strong expertise in developing standardized and repeatable marketing playbooks, including partnership with sales to enhance alignment and efficiency.
- Proven experience in account-based marketing (ABM), including developing strategies, implementing targeting and personalization, and executing multi-channel ABM campaigns to engage high-value accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to programmatically support joint marketing campaigns, event planning, and MDF activation with partners like AWS.
- Experience with tools such as Eloqua, Salesforce, 6sense, Hive, Google AdWords, LinkedIn and email marketing optimization to meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
- Solid track record of partnering with operations, FP&A, procurement, and legal teams to establish transparent processes and best practices.
- Travel required: Yes – Approximately 10-15%.
