Job Description
As the Senior Director of Consumer Product Management for our Moen Brand, you will guide our product management function focused on retail and e-commerce channels. You will oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept to commercialization—ensuring alignment with business strategy and consumer needs.
You’ll collaborate across teams in Marketing, Sales, Innovation, RGM, Finance, and Operations to create differentiated, high-impact consumer product strategies. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the product roadmap, identifying market opportunities, and championing innovation to drive Moen’s growth across omnichannel retail partners.

Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.
What you will be doing
- Develop and manage Moen’s omnichannel product strategy to support business objectives, category growth, and retail partner success.
- Guide, manage, and coach a high-performing team of product managers across all stages of the product lifecycle—concept development, launch, and portfolio optimization.
- Define and manage the product roadmap across retail and e-commerce channels (e.g., big-box retailers, Amazon, Wayfair).
- Build strong relationships with retail customers to understand their strategies, shopper behavior, and emerging trends.
- Utilize consumer insights, analytics, and market intelligence to shape category leadership and differentiation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Supply Chain, RGM, and Finance to ensure integrated go-to-market execution.
- Support product line reviews and joint business planning with key customers.
- Identify white space opportunities and innovation platforms to expand Moen’s reach and strengthen consumer value propositions.
- Partner with peers in Wholesale channels to develop a Product Management Center of Excellence within the Moen business unit.
- Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability across your team and the broader business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product management with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity in consumer products.
- Strong experience with omnichannel portfolio management for retail and e-commerce channels.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and product decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams.
- Financial acumen experience with pricing, P&L, and revenue optimization.
- Demonstrated proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SAP.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience in CPG industries.
Additional Information
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $140,000 USD - $220,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
