Position Purpose: Act as counsel to Chief Executive Officer by establishing business processes and governance structure.
- Lead strategic initiatives and projects related to business governance structure to optimize business performance
- Organize and prioritize key board and committee activities to facilitate efficient decision making.
- Conduct research, establish committees, and determine topics and metrics
- Investigate risks determine corrective action plans
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and executive staff by facilitating information flow.
- Provide feedback and draft key communications to reflect the CEO’s position.
- Support executive staff needs in their ability to raise critical issues with the CEO and receive needed responses, guidance and decisions
- Suspend activities when projects or commitments are not in alignment with CEO directives/commitments
- Initiate reviews on staffing structures or external spends in order to mitigate unnecessary financial impact
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required
10+ years of project management, strategic and financial analysis experience required
Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff required
Previous experience in Federal government contracting preferred
Pay Range: $145,100.00 - $268,800.00 per year
