About the Role
iCapital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Web Marketer to lead our Digital Marketing team reporting to the head of the Center of Excellence. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, website development and management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Define and manage the website roadmap in alignment with company goals. Identify opportunities for website enhancements and new feature development.
- Oversee multiple concurrent web projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Conduct strategic analysis to evaluate and select technology platforms that meet our growing business needs, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and boost overall visibility in search engine results pages.
- Monitor website performance using tools like GA4, and provide regular reports on traffic, user behavior and conversion rates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Ensure the website is secure and compliant with data protection regulations and ADA requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Demand Generation, Design, Product and Audience Marketing, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects, adherence to budgets, and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology marketing, or a related field.
- 10-15+ years of proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, with a track record of website build and management with a strong portfolio of managed websites
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and content management systems (ie, WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore)
- Strong analytical skills and able to interpret complex data to drive strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including GA4, Hotjar, SEMrush, and 6Sense
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $185,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
