As a Senior Digital Project Manager at Therefore you’ll be interacting with senior management and operational teams alike in analyzing and gathering business requirements, developing a strategic project plan, and executing the plan with your team towards success.

Using your keen sense of how technology is applied towards meeting business goals and delivering delightful user experiences you will lead our clients through complex digital transformations, revitalization projects, and net new digital initiatives.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

Communication:

  • Lead client communications and collaborate with delivery leads.
  • Maintain consistent and high-quality project communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate consistent customer-focused delivery coordinating with delivery leads, client services, and executive sponsor.

Project governance:

  • Identify and establish project success metrics, constraints, accountability structures, and communication workflows.
  • Implement a project management methodology that best aligns to project type, client expectations and Therefore established standards.
  • Govern the project estimation process and the development of project deliverables.
  • Establish processes and methods to manage scope with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement processes to facilitate and maintain shared knowledge of critical project metrics throughout the project lifecycle.

Management:

  • Collaborate with product owners, product designers and technical solution architects to establish strategic solutions that balance user goals, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
  • Establish, maintain and coordinate integrated project plans to help our clients achieve their strategic objectives and meet project success metrics.
  • Manage project risk through standardized risk management practices.
  • Provide accurate time and resourcing forecasting for current and upcoming engagements.
  • Ensure team is meeting established timeline and goals.
  • Systematically track project tasks and risks.

Reporting & documentation:

  • Establish standard reports for project teams and clients.
  • Provide an infrastructure of constant health performance monitoring (related to project success criteria).
  • Ensure repeatable processes are in place and documented.

Outside of any specific project:

  • Uphold and assist in evolving project management best practices across the organization.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of trends within our industry which will enable you to provide other team members with high level insights, valuable strategies and perspectives that improve our processes, quality, and bring additional business value to clients.
  • Work with our business development team throughout the sales process to help define and scope the engagements, as well as identify further business opportunities with our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years Project Management experience in digital web/marketing/analytics.
  • DSDM, PMI-ACP, DASM, DASSM, DAC, or DAVSC, or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience in managing the delivery of large-scale and/or complex e-commerce solutions, CMS websites or web applications for clients.
  • Strong proficiency with Jira + Confluence.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently, or in collaboration with other team members.
