We are looking for a Senior Digital and Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help us drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition, engagement and achieve revenue goals
- Manage budgets and optimize spending across various performance marketing channels
- Working closely with external agencies to generate full potential
- Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize bidding strategies, goal setups, creative elements, messaging, and landing pages
- Analyze and evaluate data from Google Ads Reporting, Meta Reporting, GA4 to derive actionable insights and improve campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and quickly implement new features and strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of performance marketing efforts with other digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, Content Marketing, Web Analytics, and UX/UI
What matters to us:
- Over 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and a total of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- In-depth knowledge of performance-driven marketing, budget management, audience management, and paid media strategies from both technical and business perspectives
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Google Ads Reporting, Meta Reporting, GA4, and Looker Studio
- Experience in planning and executing A/B tests to optimize various aspects of marketing campaigns
- A keen follower of digital marketing trends with the ability to quickly understand and implement new features
- A strong understanding of other fields of Digital Marketing such as SEO, Content Marketing, Web Analytics, and UX/UI
- Fluent English language knowledge
