Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, and leading a team of account executives to deliver outstanding results.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing strategic guidance
  • Working independently on digital and as well as 360 campaign projects
  • Lead and mentor a team of account executives and contractors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance and resolve issues efficiently
  • Manage project budgets effectively, tracking expenses and reporting financial progress
  • Identify upsell opportunities and work towards increasing account value
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices
  • Present strategic insights and campaign results to clients with confidence and clarity
  • Oversee multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards

Qualifications

· Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

· Exceptional analytical and multitasking abilities

· A minimum of 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management

· In-depth knowledge of the latest media trends and digital marketing platforms

· Proven team player with excellent leadership and mentoring skills

· Outstanding time-management and project management skills

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

· Innovative mindset with a track record of developing creative solutions

· English written and spoken fluently

· Strong presentation skills

· Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting for digital campaigns

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Love and knowledge of sport is an advantage
