We are seeking experienced individuals with both broad and deep IAM experience and skills to join our cyber team to delivery consulting services to RSM clients in a variety of industries and geographic locations. We are specifically looking for an IAM Developer with 2+ years of experience developing and implementing SCIM, Shared Signals Framework (SSF), Continuous Access Evaluation Profile (CAEP), and Python-based identity and access management (IAM) applications. Experience leveraging AWS development tools and capabilities is also required, and experience with the SGNL product is highly desired. Successful candidates will have experience leading teams of varying sizes, mentoring and developing junior staff, and performing daily duties commensurate with the role. Candidates will have solid working knowledge of IAM leading practices, common business use cases, leading vendor products & solutions, federated and composite IAM architectures, IAM technology trends and innovation; and experience leveraging this knowledge to benefit clients.
These team members are responsible for developing strong working relationships with clients built on understanding their businesses and challenges. Individuals will identify, pursue, and help close new opportunities with both existing and new clients and will provide subject matter knowledge support to pursuit teams. This role will work across multiple client account teams within a wide variety of industries. You need to be able to manage multiple team engagements simultaneously, including several pieces of any assignment—not just a single area of focus. Qualified individuals have a minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in the following areas:
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and document advanced IAM solutions using SCIM, SSF, CAEP, and Python.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of IAM systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing IAM applications.
- Experience with one or more of the following is required: SCIM, Shared Signals Framework (SSF), Continuous Access Evaluation Profile (CAEP), and Python-based IAM applications.
- Experience leveraging AWS development tools and capabilities.
- Experience with the SGNL product is highly desired.
- Experience with implementation of one or more IAM technologies is preferred: SailPoint IdentityNow, IdentityIQ, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, Delinea, CyberArk, and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Solid understanding of IAM leading practices, common business use cases, leading vendor products & solutions, federated and composite IAM architectures, IAM technology trends and innovation.
- In-depth understanding of authentication protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.).
- Knowledge of key IAM concepts such as Authentication, Authorization, Governance, etc.
- Basic knowledge of common compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PCI, HIPPA, HITRUST, DFARS, CMMC, etc.) as they relate to IAM.
- Minimum B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college, preferably in Computer science, information technology, information systems management, or other similar degrees preferably with a focus on information security
