About the role:  

GoHealth is a performance marketing powerhouse, bringing together creative, strategy, media, and analytics to engage customers in their all-important health insurance decisions for maximum impact. We are leading from the front, shifting an industry built on transactional encounters to one centered on trusted relationships. The GoHealth Marketing department is seeking creative thinkers with the mental agility to ask meaningful questions and draw upon insights to drive impactful results.

The Senior Designer will continue to establish and maintain the visual identity of the GoHealth brand across consumer-facing, agent-facing, and internal materials both online and in traditional channels.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and marketing team members to conceptualize and execute design solutions for a variety of projects, including digital ads, websites, email, direct mail, print, videos, and more.
  • Maintain and evolve a cohesive brand identity across all channels and touchpoints, ensuring consistency in design systems, typography, color, and visual language.
  • Optimize designs for performance by considering marketing KPIs such as engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Creating user-centered, lead-generating designs for digital platforms, including websites, lead forms, and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with creative teammates to develop strong concepts and be a key voice in entirety of the creative process
  • Report to the VP/Creative Director

What we're looking for:

  • 5 or more years of experience working for in-house creative departments or ad/design agencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • A great understanding of art direction and design principles, a passion for design, and knowledge of current and past trends and tools.
  • Ability to understand and respond to data, adapting design/creative for optimal performance.
  • Experience working in highly-regulated industries is a plus.
  • Advanced experience with Figma. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiarly with After Effects is a plus.

Location: Hybrid (3 days Onsite in our downtown Chicago office)
