Job Description:
We are seeking a permanent Brand Identity Senior Designer to join our team at Dentsu Creative. You may be based in New York City or Chicago Metropolitan areas. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the visual identity of brands through innovative design solutions across various media platforms. As a long-term member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence creative direction, mentor junior designers, and grow within our organization. You will report to our Brand Identity, Group Design Director.
You’ll work collaboratively with fellow professionals to transform client briefs into visually compelling designs that meet both aesthetic and strategic objectives. This role offers long-term career development and the chance to work on high-impact projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You’ll innovative ideas and design concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. You’ll create high-quality visual designs across print, digital, and multimedia platforms—including branding, advertising campaigns, social media content, and marketing collateral.
You’ll collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive integration of design elements across all campaigns. You’ll contribute to the growth and mentorship of junior designers while fostering a collaborative, creative environment. You’ll stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring Dentsu Creative remains an industry leader in innovation.
Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience in advertising or branding in an agency setting
- Proven ability to execute high-quality design work across diverse media
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to mentor junior team members
- A passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
The annual salary range for this position is 68K- 110K. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
