Job Summary
As a Senior Data Lead Engineer (12527), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Data Architecture Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and efficient data architectures to support large-scale data processing and analytics.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of data engineers, providing technical direction, support, and best practices to ensure high-quality data solutions.
- Data Pipeline Optimization: Oversee the development and optimization of data pipelines, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data infrastructure meets business requirements and analytical needs.
- Data Governance & Quality: Ensure data governance, security, and quality standards are maintained across all data systems, aligning with organizational policies and compliance regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications.
- Professional/ Advanced English skills.
- +5 years of experience.
- Senior DBA Migration Specialist Engineer to migrate SQL SSIS and T-SQL stored procedures to Postgres, use of babelfish to erase T-SQL compatibility on Behalf of Firebrand for Zonda Homes Project on Data and infrastructure modernization.

- Technologies: Azure Data Lake, Apache Kafka, Spark, Python, Kubernetes.
