In this role, you will see a direct correlation between your work, company growth, and our users’ satisfaction. This role is fully remote; however, we're only open to candidates based in US and EU time zones.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Scale: Design and implement robust data architecture capable of handling 100s of TBs with 10x growth trajectory while maintaining performance and reliability

• Data Quality Leadership: Drive data quality initiatives across the organization, implementing observability and monitoring solutions to ensure data accuracy, freshness, and reliability

• Data Modeling Excellence: Lead sophisticated data modeling efforts to support exponential business growth, ensuring scalability and performance

• Experimentation Infrastructure: Build and scale A/B testing frameworks to enable data-driven decision making across the organization

• Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions

• Technical Leadership: Mentor teams on data best practices and drive adoption of data-driven methodologies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of extensive experience building and scaling data infrastructure in high-growth environments

• Proven experience in startup environments with track record of wearing multiple hats and driving initiatives independently

• Deep expertise in modern data stack tools, particularly Snowflake and dbt

• Strong background in data modeling, schema design, and data architecture at scale

• Demonstrated experience implementing data quality frameworks and observability solutions

• Experience building and scaling experimentation (A/B testing) infrastructure

• Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency in Python

• Track record of successfully managing data infrastructure during periods of explosive growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with our tech stack: Snowflake, dbt, Rudderstack, Sigma Computing, Metaplane, Eppo

• Experience with blockchain or cryptocurrencies

• History of improving dashboard performance and query optimization at scale

• Experience implementing data cataloging and metadata management solutions

The target base salary for this role will range between $200,000 to $250,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors (such as location) at the point in time of offer.
