Rust Low-Latency Data Engineer

Anti Capital is seeking a Low-Latency Rust Data Engineer to join our growing team of developers and mentors.

Responsibilities:

• Implement high performance and reliable data collection pipelines.
• Implement and maintain existing exchange data integrations.
• Architect data pipeline components to maximize performance and minimize data loss.
• Architect data pipelines to support data needs of internal and external trading teams.
• Architect user-facing historical market data API.
• Enhance Anti Capital’s support and integrations for different asset classes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional development experience C / C++ / Zig / Rust.
• Strong Rust proficiency or willingness to learn.
• Strong multi-threading and performance-sensitive experience.
• Experience with SQL and relational, document, and time-series databases.
• Experience in network protocols including TCP, UDP, WebSockets, REST.
• Experience with git version control.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Preferred:

• Financial industry knowledge and centralized order book exchanges.
• Proven interest in decentralized finance, CEFI, DEFI.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and encoding including reliable UDP, FIX, SBE, symmetric stream encryption.
