Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Visualization: Gain deep insights into the company’s business, produce data analysis reports, create real-time dashboards using data visualization tools, and support business decision-making.

Data Architecture Design: Design and build the company's data infrastructure, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines, ensuring efficient data storage and processing.

Data Collection and Processing: Extract, clean, and integrate data from various sources, ensuring high data quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Product, Marketing, and R&D to implement data-driven recommendations that drive business growth.

ETL Process Development: Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure timely updates and availability of data.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in data-related roles, with proficiency across the entire data lifecycle (database management, ETL, data analysis, and visualization).

Expertise in SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.

Proficient with ETL tools and data warehouse technologies, with knowledge of common statistical analysis models and machine learning frameworks.

Familiarity with SaaS product analysis methods, including user funnel analysis, cohort analysis, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLV).

Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication, cross-team collaboration, quick learning, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Experience in the SaaS industry or building data analytics systems from scratch in a startup environment.
