👩‍💻 The role

As the Lead Business Analyst, you’ll harness the power of data to optimize our global Operations team. At Headout, data-driven decision-making is at the heart of what we do. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll craft actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency, elevate customer experiences, and strengthen supplier partnerships. Your analytical skills and ability to communicate findings effectively will directly drive business success.

💝 What skills & experience do you need?

  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years in data analysis, preferably focusing on operations or supply chain.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL is required; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to translate data into impactful business strategies and work with process optimization and operational efficiency metrics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven experience working with senior stakeholders to align on strategic decisions.
