The Data Analyst - Complaints is developing, analyzing, and disseminating the global complaint data used for workload management, audits/inspections, performance metrics, global periodic summary reporting, post-market surveillance, risk management, supplier quality, marketing, commercial/sales needs, legal needs, and other internal organizations.

This position is a P3 level

What will you be doing?

  • Build and establish management tools for Global Complaints organization and supporting complaint investigation sites.
  • Create, establish, and disseminate performance metrics to track formal quality objectives and internal Global Complaint goals.
  • Analyze, interpret, and disseminate complaint data as requested by internal organizations.
  • Support internal and external audits/inspections with complaint data needs
  • Support complaint management system software changes and administrative access requests.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Experience: 5-more years of Quality, Compliance, Data, or related experience is required.
  • 3 years of experience with medical device complaint handling, post-market surveillance, or equivalent is required.
  • Languages: 
  • Advanced English level.
  • Knowledge: 
  • Microsoft Office Suite; in particular, advanced knowledge of Excel (macro scripts, pivot tables, power query) is required.
  • Regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GMP, 21 CFR 820, and ISO 13485) and quality assurance principles and practices.
  • Exposure to eQMS softwares (TrackWise, Vault, Pilgrim, SmartSolve) is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of statistical sampling techniques, analysis and storage of data.
  • Exposure to PowerBI and ETL is preferred.
  • Knowledge in a programming language is a plus.
  • Competences:  
  • Able to handle multiple projects, meeting key deadlines with minimal direction.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Able to work with different cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of a situation or data requires evaluation of various factors.
  • Detail oriented.
