We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to drive data-informed decision-making and help shape our digital growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with departments to define key analytics questions, identify meaningful metrics, and ensure robust measurement methods.
- Analyse complex data sets—transactional, web, and behavioural—using GA4 to uncover trends and insights.
- Apply segmentation and data mining techniques to inform strategy, optimising growth funnels and audience engagement.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations, delivering visual reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Maintain and update performance dashboards, ensuring teams have access to real-time data insights.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in retail or e-commerce data analysis.
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with a strong understanding of growth funnels, acquisition, and marketing attribution.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for advanced data analysis.
- Experience with advertising tools like AdWords, Facebook Ads, and GDN.
- Advanced skills in data visualisation tools such as Google Data Studio
- Knowledge of DMP or CDP platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin) is a plus.
- Strong ownership mentality, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
