A Day in the LifeAs Senior Customer Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) for our Interventional business, you will be responsible for building and executing the value proposition for our target customer audience, from developing insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience. The International Neuromodulation Customer Marketing team may be the place for you.
Within this remote role (with over 40% willingness to travel) you will focus on Germany and other West European Countries. This means your home/remote location is the primary work location. There may however be requirements to attend a Medtronic location for meetings from time to time

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Build and execute the value proposition for the target customer audience, from developing insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience (Customers can be patients, Strategic Accounts, Group Purchasing Organizations, etc.)
  • Establish deep expertise on the target customer segment and ensure this expertise gets integrated purposefully into the extended marketing team
  • Conduct market analyses to maintain an appropriate level of understanding of the target audience, develop insights, identify unmet needs, and discover new business opportunities that can improve marketing program
  • Orchestrate and integrate all elements of a great customer experience (content, events, campaigns, etc.)

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Degree in a relevant functional area (product marketing) and equivalent years of experience within medical devices/healthcare
  • Ability to develop and expand relationships with key physicians, and Medtronic personnel in order to achieve business objectives
  • Sales orientation or exposure to working with direct sales organizations
  • Strong project management skills, organized and detailed-oriented: know how to manage multiple priorities and projects with short timelines
  • Fluent in English and German language, both speaking and writing
  • Willingness to travel within your region (25%+)
