We’re looking for a talented Senior CRM Manager with a strong monetization mindset to join our team, focusing on CRM-driven monetization initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to balance technical proficiency, operational excellence, and strategic leadership to drive revenue growth. You'll play a key role in implementing CRM-driven monetization strategies and experiments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and execute monetization projects within the CRM team by designing and implementing CRM-driven workflows and strategies;
  • Design and optimize lifecycle journeys with a focus on acquisition, conversion, and win-back strategies across both CRM experiments;
  • Develop innovative segmentation, communication strategies, and A/B testing frameworks, continuously experimenting and analyzing data to drive growth;
  • Build, optimize, and scale customer segmentation and communication strategies tailored to support CRM experiments;
  • Monitor and analyze key CRM performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and providing actionable insights for CRM outcomes;
  • Maintain a hands-on approach to CRM operations, managing high volumes of campaigns and ensuring seamless execution across cross-functional teams;
  • Proactively bring new ideas to improve processes, enhance user experiences, and maximize monetization outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of CRM experience, ideally in high-growth mobile B2C environments with a strong focus on monetization or growth experiments;
  • Proven expertise in customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and driving measurable revenue growth via CRM initiatives;
  • Strong technical CRM skills, including automation, deliverability, and troubleshooting (Braze experience is a plus);
  • Proficiency in analytical platforms with a data-driven approach to experiment tracking and performance analysis;
  • Hands-on experience in managing high-volume communications with precision and attention to detail;
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional environments, particularly with Growth teams, developers, and other stakeholders;
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently;
  • A strong monetization mindset with the ability to evaluate initiatives based on revenue potential and experiment outcomes;
  • Results-oriented with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional team settings.
