Senior Credit Analyst Baltics
We are looking for a Senior Credit Analyst to join our team and support credit risk management in the Baltic region.
Job located in Latvia or Lithuania
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information
- Develop and implement effective credit risk management strategies
- Oversee the credit portfolio for the Baltic region
- To ensure continuous credit and debt collection process evaluation and improvements
- Prepare and present regular reports on credit performance to management team
- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve credit-related issues and maintain positive relationships
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or a related field
- At least 2 years work experience in finance, preferably within an international organization
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel and Power BI)
- Fluent in English and one of Baltic languages
- Understanding of financial statements, ratios, and concepts
- A high sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to teamwork, communicate and collaborate
- Analytical skills and ability to work effectively under high-stress conditions
- Ability to plan one’s own work, perform several tasks simultaneously within short deadlines
