Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a passionate and driven Senior Project Manager to join our Creative team. Reporting to the Director of Creative Operations, this role will oversee the process of delivery of all of our creative assets. You will work with a talented team of producers, designers, editors and videographers to create world-class digital content.

The Role

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Drive productivity and efficiency for the team, implementing processes to ensure that milestones are met and work is evenly distributed across the edit & design team.
  • Taking ownership of the creation and delivery of assets for all channels for both launch and BAU.
  • Managing our two Creative Project Managers, working seamlessly as a project management collective to ensure that all assets are reviewed and feedback is inputted into Asana and correctly distributed.
  • Leading the content creation process from briefing to delivery: managing the expectations of all stakeholders and planning in content, ensuring that we are meeting deadlines and requirements.
  • Leading the team to have all content reviewed by the Senior Creative team prior to internal & channel reviews.
  • Using Asana to manage video requests from the wider team, ensuring processes are respected, supporting the update of such processes following the business’s growth.
  • Feed into the overarching 2024-2025 production plan factoring in all new launches requirements/production budgets/team requirements.
Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Demonstrable experience in project management within a brand or agency, including working to set budgets.
  • Experience liaising, communicating and collaborating with different stakeholders
  • Excellent planning, resourcing and organisational skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and under pressure
  • Experience managing schedules & overseeing post-production processes
  • Solid understanding of the Trinny London brand, ethos and energy as well as how the Trinny London makeup and skincare should look, feel and be marketed within short and longer form/entertainment content
  • Ability to translate brand guidelines into video content and perform excellent rounds of quality control with relevant teams before presenting assets to key stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of performance analytics and our target audience
  • Flawless attention to detail
  • Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and assertive communication style
  • Positive, friendly and can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effect is advantageous
  • Startup experience is a bonus
