Our award-winning marketing team is looking for a copywriter to create compelling, authentic, and unique content that helps us stand out. From email to social media, and thought leadership to case studies, this person will write compelling calls to action to drive engagement, clicks, and conversions.
Responsibilities:

  • Write copy that meets marketing goals, including full campaigns and individual content assets such as articles, e-books, ads, and website copy; collaborate with our content strategy team and marketing leaders
  • Edit and approve content for clarity, accuracy, conciseness, style, grammar, and vocabulary
  • Research search engine optimization and integrate keywords into content to enhance visibility and engagement
  • Develop content that aligns with a buyer's journey and is tailored to specific personas
  • Amplify Wipfli's brand voice by producing content that is consistently aligned with our brand and brings our marketing strategy to life
  • Generate innovative, creative, and proactive ideas to elevate our brand, improve our ability to generate leads, and convert prospects


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, creative writing, communications, journalism, or closely related field
  • 5+ years of professional copywriting experience; B2B experience required
  • Proven experience crafting effective and successful campaigns
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to create stories across a wide range of industries and services
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and develop actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and listening skills with an aptitude for coaching
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word; beginner proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience using Semrush is preferred

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $73,000-$98,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
