Job Description:
We are seeking a Creative Development, Senior Copywriter proficient in Spanish who understands the regionalisms of Mexico, and has experience writing for the Spanish-Mexican market to join our team. You may be based in Greater New York City, NY, San Francisco, CA, or Los Angeles, CA Metropolitan areas. Reporting to the Creative Development, Group Creative Director, you'll join a team of creatives focused a large Hardware and Home Improvement client.
- You'll partner with in-house teams to create captivating copy for marketing campaigns across all channels that resonate authentically with the Spanish-Mexican market.
- You'll stay informed about cultural trends, linguistic nuances, and preferences within the Mexican market, and ensure accurate representation.
- You'll modify writing style, tone, and language to suit the Spanish speaking -Mexican American market, maintaining sensitivity and inclusivity.
- You'll help develop the brand voice, ensuring consistency and authenticity.
- Manage the daily progress of a project from start to finish
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience as a multicultural copywriter with a specific focus on the Spanish-Mexican market in an agency or marketing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Online portfolio showcasing campaigns targeting Spanish-speaking Mexican audiences
- Cultural fluency and a demonstrated understanding of the Mexican market's linguistic and cultural nuances
The annual salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
