As part of the Controlling team, you will be responsible for analyzing, reporting, and managing our financial processes and key performance indicators, contributing to the optimization of internal company processes. Your main tasks will include:

Analyzing KPIs and further developing and maintaining existing controlling tools.

Optimizing existing reports and creating new ones using suitable tools in close collaboration with the European and US team.

Preparing target-actual comparisons, profitability, cost, and variance analyses to assess the company’s performance.

Developing proposals to improve profitability and conducting ad-hoc analyses.

Collaborating closely and proactively with the operational department heads and the executive board.

You have successfully completed a degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable commercial qualification

You bring relevant 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling

You have a strong affinity for IT and excellent Excel skills

You are a self-starter who can work independently and take initiative, as the team is spread across the US and Europe. You are comfortable learning new things on your own and proactively finding solutions to challenges
