Your Role
-
Serve as the Finance Business Partner to the Head of Business Transformation and the Initiative Management, acting as the liaison between the transformation initiatives and the finance function

Provide technical leadership to employees involved in transformation initiatives and the global finance organization, focusing on finance and controlling topics

Create financial transparency to effectively manage the transformation initiatives and implement Group-wide project controlling standards
-
Support key business decisions through meaningful reporting and analysis, and derive actionable recommendations

Plan, forecast, and monitor costs and investments in coordination with the Head of Business Transformation and the responsible Executive Board member

Manage and develop the global allocation process

Coordinate and communicate with the global finance organization, ensuring a seamless transition to operational controlling structures
Your Profile
-
University degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling or a related field
-
Relevant work experience in controlling international corporations and/or large cross-company projects
-
Proficiency in modern controlling tools such as project controlling, cost accounting, reporting, cost allocation, and business cases

Outstanding communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and countries
-
Excellent stakeholder management and interaction skills with contacts at different hierarchical levels, especially senior and top management

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP FI/CO (ideally S/4 HANA) and BI
-
Fluent in English, German is a plus
