Job Scope:

For this leadership position, the core duties revolve around leading and empowering team members to strengthen strategic customer relationships, driving business growth and advancement. As the key liaison for critical customer issues, escalations, and future needs anticipation, you'll coordinate team efforts, utilizing available resources to develop and implement operational plans aligned with customer expectations and timelines. This role requires a mix of strategic insight, sales expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and a comprehensive grasp of the resources industry, especially in commercial operations and the vital interplay between an OEM and key clients.

What you bring:

  • Recent relevant experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role in business development of industrial equipment based upon strategic relationships.

  • Good knowledge of commercial negotiations and dealings, including contract laws, regulations, or best practices.

  • Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Previous experience leading people (F2F and remote).

  • Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.

  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service.

  • Good understanding of Supply Chain processes and principles.

  • Ability to interpret and comprehend basic financial data.

  • Working knowledge of the resources sector and large industrial clientele.
