The Role
The Senior contract manager will have a global responsibility of contract management for Indirect, Tech and FM contracts.
You will be part of a new team being established in Bucharest consisting of a Head of Indirect,  Senior contract manager and Senior IT procurement manager.    This team will have a global responsibility as well as managing the supplier who runs the transactional procurement.
This is a senior position, and you will be expected to know how to build and run this function out of Bucharest in cooperation with the rest of the Bucharest team.
Key Responsibilities

  • •  Responsible for contract management for Indirect, IT and Facilities. 
    •  Business owner of Docusign E-signature and contract repository.
    •  Contract lifecycle management
    •  Contract manager for key contracts – Microsoft, Oracle, TCS, Accenture etc.
    •  Managing contractual approvals, execution, and amendments.
    •  Ensuring vendors, suppliers, or partners meet agreed deliverables.
    •  Tracking contract milestones, renewals, and expiration dates.

Qualifications
5+ years in contract management, negotiation, or vendor management.

  • Experience with Identifying and mitigating contractual risks.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and contract management skills.
  • Communication and relationship management skills, with experience advising senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management
