WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
A skilled and motivated senior producer who thrives on collaboration and innovation. You’ll manage projects across various formats, making creative contributions that enhance the final product while maintaining efficiency and budget control. You will also lead and mentor junior producers, driving excellence and professional growth within the team.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
Production Oversight:
- Serve as the primary lead for high-profile content production projects, overseeing all phases from conceptualization to final delivery.
- Collaborate with creative teams to transform concepts into deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to maintain project efficiency.
- Oversee both static and video projects, coordinating pre-production, filming, and post-production activities
Team and Vendor Coordination:
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior producers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Research and recommend directors, vendors, and resources tailored to each project.
- Manage production documentation, including estimates, bids, and schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies to leverage top-tier talent and resources.
Creative Problem-Solving:
- Address challenges proactively, finding solutions to unique production needs.
- Ensure adherence to legal guidelines, including SAG and non-union contracts.
- Proactively identify and resolve production challenges with innovative solutions.
- Supporting Momentum’s Values

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
