POSITION OVERVIEW
We're looking for a creative, inquisitive senior UX copywriter with great user empathy and extensive experience in B2B and B2C products. You'll be at the heart of designing accessible, innovative and inclusive digital experiences for a diverse customer base.
The ideal candidate will use data-driven insights to deliver impactful brand messaging and enhanced interaction design that delights, converts and improves the user experience.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

Harnessing the power of language and design to create engaging, clear, high-quality content that is aligned with the brand's voice and consistent across user journeys across all digital platforms.

Increase user engagement and trust, contribute to the improvement of conversion rates and customer satisfaction, develop solutions that meet the needs of users and the business ambitions of the organization.

Collaborate in co-creation with UX, UI, SEO, PO, etc. in an iterative design process ensuring that the user is always at the center of every decision based on data, user experience principles, and established RUX standards.

Integrate conversational AI design to optimize compliance with BDC's security and privacy policies, while engaging users in thoughtful conversation.

Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to stimulate innovation and creativity within the team.

Contribute to the enrichment of the Design System to accelerate and ensure consistency across all our digital platforms.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as a UX copywriter.
-
Bachelor's degree OR industry-related training, such as communication, user experience, linguistics, copywriting-translation, marketing, or a related field.

Master the principles of UX writing, SEO and accessibility.

Experience in end-to-end, multi-platform (web and mobile) digital product design.
-
Sincere empathy for users and their experiences.
-
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain and justify your choices with clarity.

Experience in a work environment using the Agile methodology.
-
Experience in the commercial finance industry would be an asset.

Advanced command of the French language, both oral and written, as well as an intermediate command of the English language, both oral and written.
