About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Content Creator to join our team at THG Studios. In this role, you will lead the development of social-first content for our clients, taking charge of multiple projects, guiding ideation across various content strands. You’ll be collaborating closely with multiple teams including production & client services to help ensure briefs are executed to a high standard. You’ll have responsibility for the continued performance of the content being released, utilising past metrics to inform creative decisions.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead ideation and development of innovative content for brands across various digital platforms, with a focus on trends and engagement.
- Create high-quality social-native content across multiple channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Take the lead on brand calls, presenting and pitching ideas to senior stakeholders with confidence and conviction.
- Collaborate closely with our video and creative teams to refine concepts, advising on budgets and resources for your content production.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in content creation and social media marketing to continuously innovate and improve our work.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of content, providing insights and recommendations for optimization based on past metrics.
- Ensure all content produced adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the client's tone, voice, and values.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in content creation, with a proven track record of pitching ideas to senior stakeholders and delivering successful content strands.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with production teams to advise on equipment and crew requirements.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and in-app content editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and build strong relationships with team members and clients.
- A keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling, coupled with a deep understanding of social media trends and consumer behaviour.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for creativity and innovation, with a drive to push boundaries and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
