Your Team's Impact

The Senior Content Analyst is responsible for support and operations areas of development including such tasks as troubleshooting, administration, QA testing, and documentation. They will assist in the preparation of product specifications for enhancements and new products.

What You'll Do

  • Carries out product/content projects, documenting findings and providing background analysis
  • Conducts comprehensive application & workflow testing & further QA
  • Takes ownership of test plans for product/content sets
  • Consistently contributes to project meetings
  • Assists and participates in the creation of content integration and enhancement specification documents
  • Ability to effectively communicate and discuss product and project requirements with assigned engineering team
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Advanced degree preferred)

  • Quick learner; ability to apply skills and past experiences in new situations
