YOUR CAPCO DAY:

• Engage in dynamic projects for both existing and prospective clients within the insurance sector, driving impactful solutions and innovations. 
• Collaborate with onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams to develop cutting-edge tools and solutions, from ideation to implementation. 
• Provide expert consultation to clients on various aspects of insurance, including digital business models, customer management, data & analytics, platforms & ecosystems, integration, and automation. 
• Support all project phases, including conceptualization, requirements analysis, and implementation across business and technology domains. 
• Contribute to project acquisition efforts and the continuous enhancement of our service offerings. 
• Explore opportunities to contribute to our defined growth themes, such as Data & Analytics, Customer Management, ESG, Cloud, and more. 

YOUR CAPCO FIT:

• Your university certificates are important, but equally crucial are qualities such as a passion for making a difference, result orientation, smart pragmatism, self-discipline, being a role model, empathy, and a strong enjoyment of teamwork. 
• Back up these qualities with concrete examples from your consulting or insurance industry experience. 
• Demonstrate an interest in data and technology topics, as these areas are central to the insurance industry. Familiarity with Analytics, AI, Cloud, Architecture, System Integration, or other IT topics is advantageous. 
• Prior experience with msg, leading provider of software, consulting, and cloud solutions for insurance companies, especially with msg life and msg nexinsure, is highly valued. 
• As teamwork is integral to our approach, strong team skills are essential. 
• Possess excellent communication skills in both English and German, along with proficient presentation abilities.
