What You Will Do:
Senior Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. You will own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Senior Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables.

As a Senior Consultant, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Supporting compliance and operational testing of consumer finance companies across originations and servicing

Conducting onsite due diligence and ongoing servicer assessments

Evaluating operational compliance with regulatory requirements

Working with clients to track and progress compliance issues through the remediation process

Preparing client deliverables, including reports, workbooks, etc.

Maintaining regulatory requirements inventory and create related compliance tests
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in an audit, consulting, or compliance function, with some exposure to the consumer finance industry (Mortgage, Credit Card, Auto, Unsecured Lending, and/or Student)
- Proficient computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work on and split time across multiple, concurrent projects
- Ability to prioritize effectively, take initiative, and be comfortable working independently with minimal direction
- Ability to oversee and review the work of others
- Ability to think critically, identify root causes, and problem-solve
- Strong communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail
What Would Be Nice To Have:

In-depth knowledge of consumer finance laws, regulations and compliance requirements

Consulting firm experience

SQL (querying) experience

Proficiency with Snowflake or SQL Server
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
