About the role


As a Senior Consultant within our Advisory Global Market Access and Pricing practice, you will lead and manage strategic, technical, and complex projects for major clients across ex-US geographies, with a primary focus on the APAC region. Reporting into a Director, you will play a key role in project leadership, client engagement, and team coaching, ensuring high-quality deliverables and successful project execution.

What you'll do

  • Execute project tasks autonomously to the highest standard, maintaining budget and timeline accountability.
  • Lead core project elements, including client liaison, development of materials, provide analytical insights, and contribute to presentation development and delivery .
  • Design, structure, and deliver compelling story-boarded client presentations.
  • Conduct key payer decision makers/clinicians selection in collaboration with in-house international expert group (IEG) and lead payer/clinician discussions.
  • Organize and lead project teams comprising consultants, analysts, and external associates.
  • Provide strategic insight and guidance to project teams, identifying and resolving any project risks, escalating upwards where necessary.
  • Ensure accurate financial project reporting for business planning.
  • Collect and disseminate project feedback to enhance quality.
  • Identify and cultivate potential client relationships.
  • Generate and lead project opportunities through proposal submissions.
  • Present proposals to the BD/QC Committee and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Strengthen fee-earning relationships through content expertise and industry engagement.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in business processes.
  • Mentor and coach Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Consultants.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.

About you

  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant scientific, medical, or economic discipline.
  • Strong experience in market access strategy, pricing, reimbursement, or health economics.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare systems, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to synthesize insights from unstructured and/or complex data sets.
  • Experience developing market access strategies within private/alternative funding channels.
  • Professional consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities for business development and project delivery.
  • Proven ability to define, create, and communicate product value.
  • Ability to craft story-boarded, compelling, persuasive narratives based on data-driven insights
  • Excellent project leadership and management skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Business-level fluency in English (written and oral), with strong client presentation design and delivery skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, including advanced formulas and charts) and SharePoint.

  • Desired experience


  • Proficiency in a second language (Mandarin/Korean/Japanese preferred).
  • PhD in a relevant scientific, medical, or economic discipline, such as molecular biology, health economics
  • Experience negotiating and securing new business opportunities.
