We are seeking a meticulous and organized Senior Compliance Paralegal to support our Risk & Compliance team. In this role, you will assist in ensuring that the company adheres to legal and regulatory requirements by performing essential compliance tasks, managing the enterprise policy development life-cycle, and supporting the development of compliance programs. This position requires working closely with attorneys, business teams, and other key stakeholders to manage compliance-related documentation and processes. The ideal candidate will be excited to tackle new issues, build new legal team capabilities, and deliver excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Regulatory Compliance Support

  • Monitor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports.

  • Track regulatory deadlines and ensure timely compliance.

  • Conduct compliance assessments and close gaps.

  • Develop compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

  • Monitor policies and resolve or escalate inquiries as needed.

Third Party Compliance

  • Oversee OFAC and sanctions screening processes.

  • Implement third-party compliance assessments and corrective actions.

Documentation Management

  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities.

  • Coordinate enterprise policy management life-cycle.

  • Manage documentation for compliance audits and reviews.

  • Update the policy repository.

Training & Awareness

  • Prepare compliance program training materials.

  • Track compliance training participation and documentation.

Investigations & Reporting

  • Support investigations into compliance violations.

  • Prepare reports on compliance-related incidents or findings.

Compliance Technology Support

  • Recommend and oversee implementation of compliance technology solutions.

  • Collaborate with technology platform manager.

  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal qualifications.

  • 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in compliance.

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business, or related field.

  • Experience in corporate compliance or in-house legal dept.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines.

  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technology tools.

$95,000 - $120,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
