1. Understand the complaint/failure/CAPA investigation requirements based on International Standards: GMP and ISO standards.
2. Act as the site complaint representative in Global Complaint Community.
3. Review customer complaint report and initiate complaint investigation.
4. Collaborate with other Departments and generate technical investigation report to respond Customer’s complaint.
5. Periodic reviews of customer’s complaint trends, analysis and provide feedback for the effectiveness of corrective preventive actions.
6. Involve in the product recall, FAA, and mock recall when required.
7. Working in accordance with the HSE Manual and documented procedures, and reporting HSE issues to the respective area owners.
