Position Responsibilities 

• Lead major compensation projects, partnering with teams across the organization.

• Process compensation requests including job evaluations, salary recommendations, salary surveys and the annual compensation cycle.

• Support the development and maintenance of compensation tools and programs.

• Provide data-driven insights to optimize compensation processes using HR systems like Workday.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR business partners, Recruiters and business managers.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.

• Proficient in Excel.

• 4+ years of Compensation / Analyst experience.

• Knowledge of compensation theory and practices a plus.
