THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Communications Specialist to join our Global Communications team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing effective internal and external communications aligned with the company’s mission and strategic goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and manage content for internal channels such as the intranet, global newsletters, and internal announcements.
- Collaborate with teams to create communications plans and deliver clear and engaging messaging that contributes to driving employee engagement and alignment.
- Support public relations and external communications efforts, including institutional events.
- Support the employer brand strategy by producing content, managing corporate social media channels, websites and blogs creating compelling content.
- Write, edit, and proofread materials for internal and external use, ensuring consistency with the company’s tone of voice and style guidelines.
- Develop visual and multimedia content in collaboration with design and video professionals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop messaging for key initiatives and presentations.
WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, marketing or a related role.
- A senior hands-on professional bringing strategic expertise but also actively engaging and thriving with execution, and delivery of visible impactful results, comfortable navigating between planning and detailed execution.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing digital/social platforms, including intranets, email tools, and social media.
- You are highly organized and able to manage multiple streams of work, in a global fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to measure communication impact.
- Previous experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
- Native English or Outstanding English skills
