The Opportunity
- Reporting to the Sr Manager, Commercial Planning & Business Modeling, you a will shape the revenue strategy of our shoppable streaming commerce platform. Sitting at the intersection of content, e-commerce, marketing, and merchandising, you will guide data-informed decision-making to improve content monetization, forecast sales, and enhance promotional effectiveness.
- You’ll work cross departments to ensure our content-commerce strategies are backed by analytics and scenario planning—unlocking new insights that directly inform product curation, pricing, inventory, and marketing investments. Your forecasts, dashboards, and models will empower leadership to make strategic decisions and fuel long-term growth. As a primary member of the revenue strategy team, you’ll help evolve our content-to-commerce experience—bridging creative storytelling and commercial performance. Your insights will shape the future of how we serve customers, scale content innovation, and drive profitable growth.

Your Impact
- Predictive Forecasting & Planning Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to predict demand within our shoppable content ecosystem. Deliver data-driven insights to support merchandising, inventory allocation, and strategic category planning.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization Analyze the effectiveness of different content formats (e.g., live shopping, influencer video, product showcases) and their impact on sales, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Pricing & Promotional Strategy Evaluate pricing models, discount tactics, and promotional timing to increase incremental revenue and margin. Partner with e-commerce and marketing to align these strategies with customer behavior and seasonal trends.
- Long-Term Financial Modeling Create scenario-based models to simulate the impact of content and merchandising strategies on revenue. Provide data-backed recommendations to guide investment decisions and long-term planning.
- Real-Time Dashboarding & KPIs Develop dashboards to track KPIs like conversion, SKU-level sales, acquisition costs, and Return on investment. Present insights to senior leadership to inform ongoing performance improvements.
- Insight-Driven Content & Product Recommendations Provide recommendations for content strategy, product selection, and promotional programming based on data analysis, helping teams deliver engaging, high-conversion customer experiences.
What You Bring
- 5+ years experience with forecasting, data analytics, and business intelligence, with experience in digital commerce or retail media.
- 5+ years of experience in online retail planning, eCommerce analytics, or forecasting.
- Experience using tools like Tableau, Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, SQL and data visualization platforms.
- 3+ years experience using SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy), and forecasting/sales planning platforms.
- Experience with merchandising dynamics, pricing strategies, and digital engagement trends.
- Background in managing retail forecasting, sales planning, or performance modeling.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Master’s or MBA preferred.
