This role sits within the Supply Planning & Trading team (SP&T) and forms the key interface between the different product categories, operations and the markets commercial and strategic teams.
We are looking for a Senior Manager who will support the daily business and manage projects contributing to the long term sustainable growth of our assortment. In this position, you will contribute to the success of these product categories by standardising processes, enabling timely and relevant insights on the commercial performance while fostering transparency between the different agents of the supply ecosystem. The candidate will bring strong commercial and analytical skills combined with a great merchandising understanding in a fashion business environment. The candidate will report to the SP&T Head and work closely with multiple cross-functional teams.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

Develop strong relationships as a key sparring partner in merchandise planning for each category to support and challenge their growth vision and merchandising decisions before and during the season

Perform cross-category analysis and support the determination of strategic growth levers and initiatives to drive our business forward

Work as the link between categories, markets and operations to ensure we all move into the same direction in order to identify risks & opportunities and work together to solve problems in an efficient way;

Build the foundation to enable the challenge of the immediate stakeholders’ recommendations based on data-driven and customer centric information while fostering best practices from different product categories to drive value and long-term growth;

You love data and analysing it: you create reportings, track KPIs and model solutions that derive actionable insights based on your findings;

Support project based analytic requests and create transparency on the different implications on overstock, sales and profitability or on multiple teams functions;

Build up on your curiosity and foster recommendations on potential solutions/projects that enhance the customer experience through great assortment;

You have a hands-on mindset and are always willing to support your team and tackle ad-hoc requests and business cases from stakeholders.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

You hold a degree (Bachelor, Master) in Business of Fashion, Economics, Administration or any related field;

You come with 4+ years of experience in Fashion, Commercial Planning, Merchandising, E-commerce or in an analytical business role;

You have strong analytical skills, dive deep into numbers where needed while at the same time connect the dots and get exposure to the big picture;

You have great analytical skills to deliver a strong data-driven performance: You are an expert in MS Excel and Google Workspace. SAP, SQL and Tableau skills are a plus;

You come with a proactive and curious mindset, hands on and eager to continuously learn and improve with an ability to solve problems quickly and in a structured manner;

You convince with your excellent communication skills and are comfortable to connect with stakeholders to understand business needs and to share your view to colleagues on the basis of concepts and facts;

You are keen to learn and are looking to work in a fast-paced multinational environment;

You have an excellent command of verbal and written communication skills in English.
