Senior CNO Analyst/Programmer (Senior Software Developer)

Belay Technologies is seeking a Senior level CNO Analyst/Programmer with experience with C and Python programming. The CNO Analyst/Programmer’s role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. This role designs, develops and supports application solutions to meet client requirements. They may design, develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components, and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms.
 

Candidates should have the following qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Programming or related field and have experience in related field with 10 or more years of experience.
• TS/SCI Clearance with full scope polygraph

Candidates are required to have the following skills:

• Experienced with thorough C/C++ Development skills
• Experience with Networks
• Experience with IPv4 Protocol and Networking
• Can work well with a TEAM 
• Experience with Python

Salary Range: $190,000 to $240,000
