Who are you?

As a Senior Client Strategist, you lead the charge in creating high-impact marketing strategies that deliver transformative results. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the execution of complex campaigns, providing strategic direction and insight-driven recommendations. Your deep understanding of client goals, market trends, and emerging technologies empowers you to optimize strategies for maximum impact. By cultivating long-term client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor, you drive significant revenue growth and strengthen client retention. Your leadership elevates both the client experience and the agency’s market presence, ensuring sustainable success across all initiatives.


How will you create an impact?


Client Relationship Management:

-Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all strategic discussions and campaign-related inquiries.

-Actively listen to clients' needs, concerns, and objectives, translating them into actionable strategies that align with both client expectations and company capabilities.

-Lead up strategic discussions around campaign optimization with clients.


Strategic Campaign Planning:

-Develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique goals and challenges.

-Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and technology, to create integrated campaigns that leverage the latest industry trends and technologies.


Campaign Execution and Optimization:

-Oversee and lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with established strategies.

-Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.


Communication and Reporting:

-Clearly communicate campaign strategies, performance metrics, and recommendations to clients in regular meetings and reports.

-Lead collaboration with internal teams to compile comprehensive campaign reports that showcase the impact of our strategies on clients' key performance indicators (KPIs).


Problem Solving and Innovation:

-Proactively identify challenges and propose innovative solutions, staying ahead of industry trends to provide clients with a competitive edge.

-Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client engagement processes, sharing insights and best practices with the team.


What you should have?

-5-7 years of experience as a Strategist or a Campaign Manager at a digital marketing agency or a similar company

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

-Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

-Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

-Familiar with concepts like CAC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CVR, LTV, and ROAS

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
