At FE fundinfo, we offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Client Business Analyst to join our dynamic team based in Woking or London (Hybrid). You'll be at the forefront of client projects, ensuring they receive the best services tailored to their needs. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse and highly skilled team on engaging projects.  

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Client Business Analyst will include: 

  • Analysing and capturing detailed client requirements through face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and emails. 
  • Documenting client requirements, detailing the functionality, data, and aesthetic aspects of the project. 
  • Translating and providing services for client requirements within the range of services provided by the Fund Information Hub at FE fundinfo. 
  • Handling complex service/module/product configuration tasks, such as factsheet template creation and styling. 
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Data Consultants, Solution Architects and Data Relationship Managers during project stages to ensure alignment. 
  • Serving as a mentor for Client Business Analysts providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing. 

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Senior Client Business Analyst: 

  • You must have at least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven record of delivering successful projects. 
  • You have previous experience in implementing good practice in the team and augmenting the team’s knowledge. 
  • You will have good technical knowledge/background. 
  • You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
  • You must have proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. 
  • You will have previous experience in requirements capturing, analysis, and documentation.
