We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to join our Change Delivery Centre of Excellence, a centralised function that supports strategic change initiatives.
In this role, you will focus on the people side of change and manage impacts on business processes and systems for all key audiences across the business.
You are proactive, organised and people-oriented with an ability to influence outcomes and engage people around a clear vision.
You are known for leading change, collaborating with business owners, process experts and other stakeholders to review the current state against future state and partnering with change champions to understand impacts of ongoing change.
You will develop and deliver change management, communications and learning plans that focus on the needs of the audience and will help develop tailored communications and training material to ensure people are engaged, prepared and equipped for change.
This role will also contribute to the enterprise single view of change, helping to manage and provide input into planning, ensuring that teams are not affected by change saturation through alignment or separation of initiatives.
Key Accountabilities;

Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders to promote the adoption of change across the business. Engage with stakeholders to assess change impacts, readiness, risks and issues for various business initiatives

Apply our enterprise change management methodology to lead change management activities including communication, transition and implementation plans

Lead on change across several initiatives, developing Change Management, Communications, Training and stakeholder engagement plans as required.

Execute plans by delivering communications and training solutions, tailored to the needs of the audience, engaging with key stakeholders, process experts, SMEs and trainers

Deliver train the trainer sessions as required
Qualifications and Experience;

Formal project or change management related certification – Preferred

Strong Change communication skills and PowerPoint skills - Preferred

Formal coaching certification – Desired

Tertiary qualifications in business or related field – Desired

Proven experience in leading change management activities across project lifecycles
