Summary:
Temporal seeks a strategic, innovative, and experienced Senior Campaign Manager to lead integrated marketing efforts that drive the business's awareness, engagement, and pipeline impact. This role focuses on delivering high-impact campaigns that support sales teams managing key accounts while addressing the unique needs of various sales segments and regions. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a proven ability to design and execute campaigns that deliver significant results, including a pipeline impact of $30M+ annually.

You are a collaborative, results-oriented leader with a strong track record of managing and executing diverse marketing campaigns. You thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments, partnering closely with sales, product marketing, and developer relations teams to align strategies and goals. You’re passionate about customer-centric marketing, leveraging insights to build campaigns that resonate with target audiences. With creativity and structure, you bring clarity and direction to complex, high-priority initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop the Enterprise and ABM Campaign Strategy: Own the overall strategy for enterprise demand gen and ABM campaigns, establishing a best-in-class process to drive enterprise account revenue growth.
  • Design and Implement Campaigns: Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels, including landing pages, paid media, email, and third-party platforms. Your campaigns will be tailored to drive awareness, engagement, and demand across our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Pipeline and Revenue Impact: Develop campaigns that directly support pipeline generation and revenue growth, ensuring measurable contributions to business outcomes.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Build targeted programs that resonate with our ICP, tailoring messaging and tactics to meet customer needs and enhance their journey.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Define key performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Continuously refine strategies to optimize performance towards ROI and report on results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, developer marketing, sales, and field marketing teams to align campaign objectives, ensure consistency, and maximize impact. Effectively communicate strategy, testing methodology, and performance across all teams.
  • Regional and Segment Customization: Address the specific needs of different sales segments and regions by tailoring campaigns to align with local market and customer demands.
  • Project Management Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, managing timelines, deliverables, and touchpoints to ensure seamless execution.
  • Innovation and Optimization: Explore new methodologies and tools to improve campaign effectiveness, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 5-7+ years in enterprise demand generation and B2B SaaS marketing, with proven success in designing and executing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Looker, and other analytics platforms.
  • Data-Driven Thinking: Strong ability to leverage data and insights to inform campaign strategy, monitor performance, and make data-backed optimizations.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and presentation abilities to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven experience partnering across teams, including sales, product marketing, and developer relations, to align on goals and strategies.
  • Adaptability: Comfort navigating ambiguity and willingness to innovate while adapting to market feedback and business priorities.
  • PLG Marketing Acumen: Familiarity with product-led growth strategies and how they influence campaign design and execution.

Compensation

  • The estimated pay range for this role is $117,000 - 147,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan

Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets. Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process.
