Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile IC asset & Matching between SAP vs CCS system Report Cabinet Control and Analysis CCS vs Physical (Cabinet Scan, Cabinet Matching) Maintenance Documentation and Develop and enhance process of control and management Perform IC asset count as period assigned Cabinet purchase planning and distribution Work closely with the Global and Procurement teams to ensure that the required guidelines are followed, and that Wall's Asset is purchased end to end process. Maintain cabinets and write off, Fixing process lead from end to end (supplier selection, cost negotiation and clear out flow) Cabinets and other assets movement management Budget management

Qualifications:

  • Experiences working with cross functional environment.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel Word, Access & Outlook.
  • Good insightful thinking, problem solving, analytical skill.
  • Able to balance multiple priorities and meet deadline.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Comfortable with number and data learning and management
  • Learning agility and adaptability in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Good written and verbal communication in both Lao and English
  • Open to learn and experiment new initiative.

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven individual with proven leadership abilities and passion for consumers and building brands. The ideal candidate will possess a university degree with an emphasis in communications and/or business and relevant marketing experience.  Candidates should also exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities with proven track record of turning insights into action, organizational skills, creativity and strong project management skills and experience. The individual is expected to exercise judgment in coordinating and implementing various projects to completion under tight deadlines and to be able to lead projects and influence others.
