About the team:

• Our Tech and Security teams keep us moving each day, no matter where we are in the world. From the hardware to the networks and everything between, they humbly make it all happen.

• The Technology Architecture team will drive technology standardization, reduce silos, and ensure strategic alignment with the organization's goals. The team will work in close partnership with the CTO Enterprise Architecture team, the CISO technology governance team, the PMO, and Procurement, all under the direction of the CIO.

The Business Systems Analyst - Innovation Processes will play a crucial role in driving innovation within the organization by managing and optimizing innovation processes. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to push forward innovative solutions while establishing metrics to measure success and impact.

What you will be doing:

Innovation Process Management:

• Develop and implement frameworks for innovation processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within existing systems and processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

Project Execution and Support:

• Lead and support innovation projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and solutions.

Performance Measurement:

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of innovation initiatives.

• Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in innovation processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with IT, business units, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of innovative solutions.

• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of innovation processes, projects, and outcomes.

• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to communicate progress and results.

Bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience

• Technology Innovation introduction and incubation process experience

• Experience with end-to-end systems development life cycles.

• Large scale Project management experience

• Broad enterprise infrastructure technology understanding (networking, storage, servers, cloud, etc)

• Attention to detail

• Curiosity about technology

• Ability to understand business value vs latest greatest
