As a Vice President, Senior Business Systems Analyst in the HR Vendor Management team, you will have the unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in business systems analysis, project execution, and strategic planning to optimize our operations. You will excel in analyzing business needs, designing effective solutions, and implementing solutions that enhance processes to achieve strategic goals. As a strategic thinker with strong communication and problem-solving skills, you will be collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders.
- Design, implement, and communicate business processes and solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Analyze business systems and processes to identify and drive improvements.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making with senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, standard operating procedures, and program specifications.
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on solution capabilities, requirements, and best practices.
- Conduct user training to ensure successful change adoption.
- Monitor system performance and address issues proactively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to foster innovation.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related role.
- Leadership experience in managing projects and influencing global teams.
- Expertise in complex problem-solving for high-impact projects.
- Strong skills in process improvement and business systems analysis.
- Proficiency in training delivery, facilitation, and program design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio.
- Experience in cross-functional project management.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and management at all organizational levels with the ability to mentor and guide junior analysts.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
