What You Will Do:
Our Senior Business Process Engineers support our clients to map and optimize current business processes and identify opportunities for technology to both improve process efficiency and build capabilities. This team will map current client operational processes, conduct operational effectiveness assessments, develop business process improvement recommendations based on best practices, redesign processes to benefit from automation, communicate results and recommendations to key client stakeholders, and support implementation and change management. Senior Business Process Engineers will reengineer processes and lead process improvement and automation teams while managing client projects. Guidehouse services enable our clients to increase efficiency, make better data-driven decisions, incorporate industry insights, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust, and improve operational effectiveness. Our consultants focus on client services, while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Seven (7) or more years’ experience in business process re-engineering and automation
- Experience in business process review and process design with federal, state and local entities
- Experience supporting the Veterans Intake, Conversion, and Communication Services (VICCS) program
- Ability to obtain public trust clearance
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- An active public trust clearance
- Experience automating paper-based processes for federal, state and/or local entities
- Experience managing implementation of improvement initiatives, along supporting training and change management.
- PMP certification
- Possession of a master’s degree
- Current certification Certified Business Analyst through International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or the Project Management Institute (PMI)
